Rebecca & Ed’s Wyresdale Park Wedding | Lancashire Wedding Photographer

A wyresdale Park wedding

Rebecca & Ed’s Wyresdale Park wedding was such an awesome day. These two were absolutely made for a party, and I had a brilliant time capturing it for them.

From our very first chat, Rebecca and Ed were clear that they wanted their wedding to be relaxed, informal and, most importantly, a massive party. They weren’t interested in spending half the day standing around for photographs or disappearing from their guests for endless group shots — they just wanted to enjoy themselves with the people they love.

And that suited me perfectly.

Wedding Photography at Wyresdale Park

The day started with a lovely, relaxed ceremony at Wyresdale Park, followed by drinks, canapés and plenty of time for everyone to catch up and enjoy themselves.

Rather than taking over the day with photographs, I spent most of my time moving around in the background and documenting everything as it happened. The laughs, the little moments, the drinks, the hugs and all the bits in between.

That’s pretty much how I approach Wyresdale Park wedding photography. I want the photographs to bring you straight back to the day, without your wedding feeling like one long photoshoot.

A Party at Wyresdale Park

The wedding breakfast and speeches took place in Wyresdale’s gorgeous barn, before things really got going with some epic entertainment from The DFC Experience.

From there, it was pretty much dancing, drinking and partying into the evening — exactly what Rebecca and Ed had wanted from the start.

Later in the evening, we managed to sneak outside for a few minutes to make the most of the golden hour at Wyresdale Park. It was the perfect excuse to get a few relaxed photographs of the two of them without taking them away from their party for very long.

Wyresdale Park Wedding Photographer

I absolutely love photographing weddings at Wyresdale Park. The venue works brilliantly for couples who want a relaxed wedding day with plenty of atmosphere, and the surrounding Lancashire countryside gives you some fantastic opportunities for natural wedding photographs.

If you're planning a Wyresdale Park wedding and are looking for a Lancashire wedding photographer who will let you get on with enjoying your day rather than spending hours posing for photographs, I'd love to hear from you.

Massive thanks to Stephen Whitehead Wedding Films for being an absolute joy to work alongside as always.
